From this article, I learned that there are alot of people who worked on the movie that can be involved in a movie poster. (I.e. the director and animator mentioned in the interview)
This article has made me a little suspicious when looking at products. It is so easy to spew half-truths and lies in a piece of branding since branding is more optics than ethics. It's important to have a critical eye to spend money wisely.
